    The Pradha Store has a studio in Vileparle(East) ,Mumbai, Maharashtra.

    Yes, all our products are carefully handcrafted.
  3. What types of products do you offer?
    We offer a diverse range of utility as well as decorative products. Decorative products includ Decorative bottles, decorative kettles, wall décor, table décor and utility products include, crochet/macrame sling/tote bags, pouches, bookmarks, boxes.
  4. Are your products ethically sourced?
    Yes, we are committed to ethical sourcing and supporting fair labour practices.
  5. What are the shipping charges?
    Shipping is FREE for orders above ₹1499.
  6. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payment via Gpay and Bank Transfer.
  7. I would like to pay Cash on Delivery, is that possible?
    We do not have Cash on Delivery option.
  8. How long will my order take?
    Orders are generally dispatched within two working days. The shipping could take anywhere between 2-8 days depending on the delivery location. Delivery schedule will very in case of customized order and Bulk order. That will be communicated to the client well in advance.
  9. Do you have international shipping?
    We ship only pan India at the moment. However, please share your query over email or Whatsapp and let’s explore if we can ship internationally for you.
  10. I received a damaged product, what should I do?
    Please do not worry! Please write to us at thepradhastore@gmail.com with images of the product highlighting the damages within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will check and exchange the product if it is in stock, else, we will process the refund.
    Please note all products are handcrafted and hence, slight variation is possible.
  11. Do you offer a return or exchange?
    We hope you do not have to bother with this. Since most products are made-to-order, we do not accept return/refund/exchange unless the product is delivered damaged.

    Yes, we accept customisation requests. Delivery schedule of customized products will be informed in advance. Order will be processed only when it is mutually agreed.
